A roadmap for change

Maybe you need to get to the heart of how people are feeling, what they are needing, dreaming about, and want to change. I’ll interview each team member and convert their feedback into actionable steps that you can take to make impactful changes with your team.

Team Coaching

Oftentimes teams (especially leads) are working through bigger, hairier questions and trying to make changes and decisions, but get stuck in familiar dynamics and blockages, and even more often, implementing real change. I can come in and lead a team on through a specific task, like setting goals, defining missions, reimagining team structures, etc., by helping to identify team values, shine lights on what’s not being said or addressed, and creating a action plan that causes real change.

Group coaching

There’s a real magic and power that comes coaching teams as a whole — not only will they walk away more connected to each other and the work — they’ll also bring some of the coaching skills and tools we’ll use back to their own teams and organizations.
